Mr. Eric Holder the U.S. Attorney General and Mr. Stuart J. Ishimaru, then EEOC's Acting Chairman  were given  evidence that EEOC's Baltimore, Maryland Headquarters at City Crescent Building, 10 South Howard Street, 3rd Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21201, 1 – 866 – 408 – 8075 or 410 – 209 – 2237/2761, Fax: 410 – 962 – 4270, had engaged in DISCRIMINATORY CONDUCT under the Fifth Amendment  similar to, or exactly like or in some cases worse than,  what a Federal Civil Rights Judge for EEOC, two Federal Senior Investigators for EEOC, and the Justices for Supreme Court of the United States of America, complained about below.

After President Obama specifically stated on or about April 18, 2009 "That means strengthening whistle blower protections for government

employees who stepped forward to report wasteful spending." Mr. Jones then a 10 year Senior Federal Civil Rights Investigator For EEOC stepped forward invoked his First amendment free speech rights to the news media and stated that The EEOC Perpetrates Fraud.. The EEOC is not investigating African  – American complaints from New York to North Carolina. Thereafter, according to Mr. Jones he was fired.  

"...EEOC did absolutely nothing with it."

With respect to this petition the process EEOC's Baltimore field office used concerning numerous civil right charges filed against WSSC is equal to and in some cases worse than the complaints of the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court as well as the plaintiff's in Federal Express Corp. v. Holowecki 552 U.S. 389 (2008)

 

Example #1: "So that even though the charge was filed and  –  –  EEOC did absolutely nothing with it."

Example #2:

"MR. Heytens, ......This whole situation can be traceable back to the agency, and I whoever ends up bearing the burden of it, it's the agency's fault, and
